Kelly Osbourne was spotted with new man Matthew Mosshart on her arm. The chef and brother of The Kills singer Alison Mosshart looks very familiar to me. Hmmmm. Could that be because he is the spitting image of Ozzy Osbourne circa the Black Sabbath days? Yes! That’s it! I knew I wasn’t being paranoid. This guy looks an awful lot like her dad. Which is just the slightest bit creepy or sweet … depending on how you look at it. Kelly wouldn’t be the first celeb to date someone who had a strong family resemblance.
